1. Service and operator
GrowLumina is a business software service operated by SKYMOND LIMITED. SKYMOND LIMITED uses tk.growlumina.com as the official GrowLumina service website and [email protected] as the official business communication email for this service. The service is intended to support authorized account operations, including media review, comment workflows, content publishing and authorization management.
2. Authorized use
You may connect only accounts that you own, control, or are authorized to operate. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of GrowLumina and any content or comments handled through the service comply with applicable laws, platform terms and rights of third parties.
3. TikTok integration
Features that depend on TikTok Business APIs are subject to the permissions granted by the relevant account, API availability, TikTok platform rules and technical limitations. GrowLumina is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok.
4. Publishing actions
Users remain responsible for content they submit or approve for publishing. GrowLumina is intended to perform publishing actions only when initiated or approved by an authorized user.
5. Prohibited use
- Do not connect accounts without authority.
- Do not use GrowLumina to scrape or collect unrelated public-account data.
- Do not attempt to bypass platform permissions, security controls or rate limits.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or rights-infringing activity.
6. Availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for security, maintenance, legal or platform-compliance reasons.
7. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. SKYMOND LIMITED does not guarantee uninterrupted API availability or continuous operation of third-party platforms.
8. Termination and disconnection

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Hong Kong, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply in a user's jurisdiction.
