Request deletion of your TikTok-derived data.
Account owners can ask SKYMOND LIMITED, operator of GrowLumina, to delete TikTok-derived data associated with their GrowLumina connection.
How to submit a request
Email [email protected] with the subject “TikTok Data Deletion Request”.
Please include enough information for us to identify the connected account, such as:
- Your name or business name.
- The email address used with GrowLumina, if applicable.
- The TikTok business account name or other non-sensitive account identifier.
- A brief statement that you want TikTok-derived data deleted.
What happens next
We may request reasonable verification to help prevent unauthorized deletion. After verification, we will delete or de-identify TikTok-derived data associated with the relevant GrowLumina connection, including stored authorization credentials where applicable, unless limited retention is required by law, security obligations or dispute resolution.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests without undue delay and generally within 30 days. If additional time is required, we will communicate the status using the contact information provided with the request.
Revoking access
You may also revoke GrowLumina's authorization through the controls TikTok makes available to account owners. Revoking access stops future authorized API access but does not replace a deletion request for previously stored data where such data exists.
