GrowLumina is a business software service operated by SKYMOND LIMITED. SKYMOND LIMITED uses tk.growlumina.com as the official GrowLumina service website and [email protected] as the official business communication email for this service. This Privacy Policy applies to the GrowLumina website and authorized TikTok Business API integrations.
2. Information we may process
Depending on the permissions an account owner grants and the functions used, GrowLumina may process basic authorized account information, media and media metadata belonging to that account, comments associated with authorized account content, content submitted for publishing, authorization responses and security-related technical data required to operate the service.
3. How we obtain TikTok data
TikTok-derived data is intended to be obtained through official TikTok Business API authorization flows after the relevant account owner or authorized operator grants access. We do not use these permissions to scrape unrelated public accounts.
4. Purposes
- Connect and identify an authorized business account.
- Display and organize media belonging to the authorized account.
- Support comment-management workflows.
- Carry out user-initiated content publishing.
- Maintain authorization, security, troubleshooting and service reliability.
- Respond to support, privacy and deletion requests.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell TikTok-derived personal data. Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, security, communications or infrastructure, subject to appropriate contractual and security controls, or disclosed when required by applicable law.
6. Retention
We aim to retain TikTok-derived data only for as long as needed to provide the requested functions, maintain security, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Authorization codes should be treated as short-lived credentials. When an account disconnects or a verified deletion request is completed, associated TikTok-derived data is deleted or de-identified unless retention is legally required.
7. Security
Production integrations are designed to use access controls, encrypted transport and server-side handling for sensitive authorization credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
Users may revoke TikTok authorization through available TikTok controls and may also submit a deletion request through our Data Deletion page.
9. Children
GrowLumina is a business service and is not directed to children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
